Assistant producer

At Flow, you sit front row in the Belgian film and television landscape. From high-end TV series to independent documentaries, you'll help guide productions through the final stage before they reach cinemas, broadcasters and streaming platforms.

As the right hand to our producers, you make sure everything runs like clockwork. You act as the bridge between our clients and the post-production team, keeping a close eye on deadlines, budgets, and workflows. On a daily basis, you support our producers across all stages of project management and delivery, scheduling and managing post-production processes to ensure every milestone is met.

You maintain smooth, clear contact with clients, directors, and film crews, while carefully monitoring and reporting on project progress and budgets. Beyond the day-to-day coordination, you help maintain our online portfolio, manage our social media channels, and assist with business development to build new, exciting creative partnerships.

Your profile:

• The Mindset: You thrive on structure and have a natural flair for communication. You stay calm under pressure and instinctively bring structure to complex productions. You keep an overview at all times and always think one step ahead.
• The Skills: You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. You are proactive and pick up on the needs of both the team and our clients instantly.
• The Communication: You express yourself clearly, both verbally and in writing. Fluent Dutch and English. French is a big plus.
• The Tools: Familiarity with digital cinema workflows and tools like Google Workspace or production tracking software is a plus, but not a must. We value drive and ambition above all else.
