As an IT support engineer, you are part of the SiA IT & Broadcast team, together with your colleagues you are responsible to manage, operate and support the IT and broadcast systems of SiA. The team is responsible for operations and engineering. The goal of operations is to deliver a high quality service and availability; the goal of engineering is to undertake actions to improve the long term quality of service, reliability and effectiveness of the systems. Typical engineering tasks include identifying, recommending and implementing initiatives to improve the IT landscape, reliability and capabilities of the infrastructure to better serve production.
